The company was founded in 1992 by Nikolay Dimitrov and is currently one of the major leaders in the Bulgarian food market and beyond borders. Our production is certified for export and widely recognized in Spain, Romania, Greece and Belgium.

Production
For the latest years one of our most successful production lines are deep frozen foods. These are food products prepared from entirely fresh ingredients. And to make sure that our customers will receive delicious and attractive product, we
use special freezing technology in order to preserve the original taste of fresh food. 70 percent of the frozen production is prepared with the Japanese food processing machines ”Rheon”. Café-confectionery shop ‘Trokadero’
Our Venice Café-confectionery shop is equipped with a nice interior, which is conductive to all sweet temptations. We are trying to give to our customers everything from the Sweet world and we feel success as soon as we see a smile on someone’s face.
Trokadero is placed in the down town, next to the biggest Elementary School, and also faces one of the most beautiful parks in the city – park Trakia. Trokadero is one of its kinds in Stara Zagora mainly with the wide range that we are able to keep.
